How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a look at the roof. We then give you a written quote that lists the work, the materials and what is included. Nothing begins until you agree to it. If we find hidden damage once work starts, we explain it and agree on the next step with you before going further.
We tell you plainly when a repair is enough and when a new roof is the better choice. We protect your property during the job and clean up when it ends. When you hire any roofer, including us, check for a current California contractor license and proof of insurance, and ask us any questions you have.
